Northwest Pathways to Independence, Inc. (NPI) currently serves western Wisconsin counties. For more than 15 years, NPI, Inc. had provided services which have assisted consumers to successfully transition to a community based residential program (home). Program services encourage independent functioning consistent with the consumer's cognitive abilities. Some of these services would include Personal Care, Individual Service Plans, Critical Care Plans and various others tailored for each specific individual. Our Philosophy stresses natural consequence behavior management and a proactive training program that enables consumers of NPI, Inc. to maximize their potential and develop independent living skills. NPI, Inc. nurtures consumers in the least restrictive living environment possible. Advocacy for consumer's rights and providing the opportunity for their freedom of choice and self-government are cornerstones of the NPI, Inc. Philosophy.
