Dena is available to offer advice to staff and management in relation to NPI’s policies and procedures. Her main objective as the Director of HR is to originate and lead Human Resources practices that will provide an employee-oriented, high performance culture that emphasizes empowerment, quality, productivity and standards, along with the recruitment and ongoing development and training of employees. She takes great pride in working for NPI and strives to ensure that NPI is the "premier" place of employment.

When Dena is not at work, she enjoys spending time with her family, riding horse, helping her children raise and show cattle and swine and is also a Leader for a local 4H club.
