
Dena Boiteau is currently the Director of Human Resources and Consumer
Services for Northwest Pathways to Independence. She
has been with NPI since October of 2008 and has been in the Human Resources
field for 16 years with experience in the hospitality, manufacturing and
healthcare industries. She enjoys the health care industry and has a special place in
her heart for the consumers we serve at NPI. Dena also plays an active role
in "Endless Adventures," a program geared around fun, adventurous events for
our consumers, once a month. She also donates her time to Agnes’ Table as
well as Big Brothers/Big Sisters.
Dena attended Chippewa Falls Senior High and is a
lifelong resident of the Chippewa Valley. She currently lives on a small
farm with her husband and three children in Cadott. She is an active member
of the Chippewa Valley Society of Human Resources, where she previously
served on the Board as the Director of Public Relations. She is also a
member of the Wisconsin Personal Services Association.
Dena is available to offer advice to staff and
management in relation to NPI’s policies and procedures. Her main objective
as the Director of HR is to
originate and lead Human Resources
practices that will provide an employee-oriented, high performance culture
that emphasizes empowerment, quality, productivity and standards, along with
the recruitment and ongoing development and training of employees. She takes
great pride in working for NPI and strives to ensure that NPI is the
"premier" place of employment.
When Dena is not at work, she enjoys spending time
with her family, riding horse, helping her children raise and show cattle
and swine and is also a Leader for a local 4H club.
