Northwest Pathways To Independence, Inc. is an agency providing community based residential services for adult individuals with a cognitive or physical impairment. We currently provide services for 48 individuals in 15 settings primarily in the Chippewa Valley and surrounding areas.

Our Mission

Our mission is to enrich the personal and professional lives of our consumers as well as the lives of those who are part of the NPI, Inc. Team by:

	Providing a clean, safe environment
	Integrating into the community through person-centered programming.
	Enabling to expand their world within an encouraging environment.
	Furnishing an opportunity to reach out for and achieve the next step of their lives
	Promoting independence - not dependence
